1. Agreement

By accessing CYBERDUDEBIVASH SENTINEL APEX (the "Platform"), subscribing, or using our API, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

The Platform publishes cyber threat intelligence: vulnerability analysis, exploitation alerts, threat-actor tracking, AI security research, detection engineering content, and related data via web pages, feeds, and APIs. Free and paid tiers are described on the pricing page.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe or Razorpay at the price shown at checkout.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• If a paid service is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days for a remedy or pro-rated refund.

4. API & acceptable use

• API keys are for your (or your organization's) use and must not be shared or resold.
• Rate limits apply per plan; attempts to circumvent them, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt the Platform are prohibited.
• Intelligence content is for defensive security purposes. You must not use the Platform to facilitate unlawful access to systems or data.

5. Content, licence & attribution

Platform content is © CyberDudeBivash Pvt. Ltd. You may quote or reference published reports with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication, resale, or dataset redistribution requires a written licence — contact bivash@cyberdudebivash.com. Third-party data referenced in reports (NVD, CISA KEV, vendor advisories) remains subject to its own terms.

6. Intelligence disclaimer

Threat intelligence describes a fast-moving landscape. We hold published claims to our editorial and sourcing standards and correct failures publicly, but content is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Platform is legal advice. Operational decisions — patching, blocking, incident response — remain your responsibility and should be validated against the primary sources linked in each report.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberDudeBivash Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, including abusive API usage or misuse of content. You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact
