Click "Upgrade", enter your email, and you'll receive a unique payment reference ID. Pay via UPI or bank transfer using that reference. Once we verify the payment (typically within 2–4 hours), your API key is automatically upgraded to the new tier.
Most payments are verified within 2–4 business hours during working hours (IST). After verification, your API tier upgrades immediately — no need to re-register or get a new key.
When paying, use your unique Intent ID (shown in the payment modal) as the payment note/reference. This links your payment to your account. After paying, come back and submit your UTR (transaction reference number) to complete the process.
Yes. Any API key can be upgraded at any time. Simply use the Upgrade button with your registered email address and the system will link the payment to your existing key. No new API key is issued — the same key gets more access.
We store your email, hashed API key, tier, and usage counters in Redis. We do not store full payment details — only the transaction reference (UTR) you submit and the plan you paid for. Your email is never shared or sold.
Payments are rejected only for non-matching UTRs, wrong amounts, or duplicate submissions. If rejected, you'll see the reason in the status tracker. Contact bivash@cyberdudebivash.com with your Intent ID and payment proof for manual resolution.
